She is passionate about supporting and assisting everyone in their own unique journey on the path of yoga.

Ellen

Ellen appreciates first and foremost the spiritual benefits of yoga, and loves to incorporate intentions and yogic philosophy into her classes.  She encourages freedom of movement and a connection to both body and soul. Each week she creates a new playlist to inspire a rigorous yet accessible vinyasa that is always followed by plenty of deep stretching and a long massage-assisted savasana.

Terre

Inspired by the teachings of K. Pattabhi Jois, B.K.S. Iyengar, Yogananda, David Life, Eric Schiffmann and Shiva Rea, Terre began her yoga journey over 17 years ago.

After enhancing her practice in India, Thailand and Japan, she was certified as a Yoga Alliance Instructor in 2003 at Centered Yoga.

As a wellness consultant, Terre focuses on transformation and encourages students to practice beyond the classroom in order to live a balanced life. Her vinyasa classes incorporate asanas that invigorate the entire body while stilling the mind - building strength, power, flexibility, grace and awareness. Terre’s aim is to empower her students to be the very best that they can be in their own bodies. She regularly attends and conducts training, workshops and retreats around the globe with teachers and students from all yoga styles.

Laura

Laura began practising yoga over a decade ago as a way to stretch and de-stress from a busy job in diplomacy. The spiritual aspects of the practice came later, but were transformative - eventually leading her to India, where she completed a Yoga Alliance 200 YTT at Shiva Rishi Yoga in Kerala. As well as Classical Hatha and Vinyasa, she has studied Yin Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, and sat several silent meditation retreats.

Laura believes that yoga should be for everyone, and always tries to find the balance between challenge, fun and accessibility in her classes - and will always greet you with a big smile and open heart. She teaches yoga as a way to explore the self, weaving mindfulness, breath awareness, and self-enquiry into each class. You will leave her classes feeling energised, grounded, and connected to yourself.

Originally from England, Laura has lived in Paris for ten years and speaks French fluently. A freelance writer and longtime zen and meditation practitioner, she is fascinated by the psychology and neuroscience behind the mind, body and breath. Beyond the mat, she enjoys lifting heavy weights, jazz piano, and swing dancing.
